The analysis of the teaching material:
This is a task about how to conduct a notice. Learning this lesson can improve students’ ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Of course it can help the students solve the practical problems in their everyday life. Therefore, we should put this lesson in an important position of this unit.
The analysis of the students:
1. The students have known little about an English notice. But they know something about Chinese notice through the Internet and other ways.
2. They are lack of basic vocabulary and sentence patterns.
3. They don't often use English to express themselves and communicate with others.
4. Some students are not active in class because they are afraid of making mistakes.
Teaching theories:
Before dealing with this lesson, we’ll do our best to carry out the following theories:
Make the students be the real masters in class while the teacher himself acts as a director;
Combine the language structures with the language functions;
Let the students receive some moral education while they are learning the English language.

Knowledge aims:
1. Get the students to go over some useful new words and expressions and sentence structures.
2. Have the students review the grammar: Simple Present Tense; Simple Future Tense.
3. Master the form of the notice.
Ability aims:
1. Develop the students’ ability to use the important language points.
2. Enable the students to learn to express the time and the place,understand the information, views, feelings and attitudes passing by the oral or written articles, and can create new articles through the oral or written form, making full use of the knowledge of language and culture and so on.
Emotion aims:
1. Get the students to learn to deal with the information, which will help them more competitive.
2. Enable the students to learn to make a notice and get the sense of achievement and develop the habit of writing.
3. Try to develop the students’ abilities about the gift of tongues, the cultural awareness, the trait of thinking and the learning capacity through the class activities.
