教材分析：
第二课时section B（2a-2e）部分以New Year's resolutions 为主线，以贴近现实生活的resolutions为话题展开阅读活动，阅读语篇介绍了resolution的定义，种类，特性等。
学生情况分析：
学生经过一整年的学习，对英语已经形成了一定认识，也有了一定的基础。单词掌握了一部分，对于学习阅读来说还是有一定的作用的。但是在阅读技巧上学生还没有掌握的很好。另外之前已经学习了将来时，学生对于将来时已经有了概念，那么只是改变形式的话，对学生来说还是有一定的难度的，所以在课程的最开始还是复习一下一般将来时，然后开始进行阅读的学习。
