    学情分析

    课文文本是一篇关于Simon Daming介绍联合国和联合国大厦的对话。作为第一课时的主要教学目标是让学生在理解的基础上会读课文内容,了解联合国相关背景知识,并会向别人介绍联合国和联合国大厦的相关知识,以及运用已学知识向他人介绍某一处景点。


    教学工具

    六年级的孩子对外面的世界充满了好奇和求知欲,所以本课将以“traveling”为主题展开教学,引起他们的兴趣,激活学生的思维,拓展他们的视野。同时,由于学生英语学习两级分化较大,语言能力与水平不一,所以把全班分为多个四人小组,让生生之间互相帮助,共同进步。


    教学设计

    教学目标

    a.语言知识目标:

    能正确听、说、读、写单词all around,member state, inside.

    能正确听、说、读目标语句: Do you want to visit the UN building in New York? Yes,we do./Yes, please. /No,I don’t

    b.语言技能目标:

    能够运用本课的目标语句Do you want to visit…? 询问某人想去某地并作做简单描述。

    能够运用“I want to…”谈论出行计划并简单描述。

    c.情感态度目标:

    培养学生学习英语的兴趣,乐学爱学英语,能积极参与活动,愿意在日常生活中运用。

    d.文化意识目标:

    了解世界联合国大楼的相关知识及主要英语国家的重要标志物。

    教学重点:1、能理解并掌握句型:Do you want to visit the UN building in New York?

                      2、理解并灵活使用短语“want to”

    教学难点:

               能运用Do you want to ...? 句式进行问答,并能在实际情景中运用。

      A.This is an old city,we can eat Liangpi here,it's in the middle of China,it's a historic city.

           B.It's a building,it's about 95 metres high,it's in England,it has got a clock on it.

             Do you want to visit Big Ben?

          C.It's a lake ,it's in Xinjiang,it's very famous
