    学情分析

      《普通高中教科书-英语》是依据《普通高中英语课程标准(2017版2020年修订)》所制定的高中英语学科教材。全册采用必修课与选修课相结合的模式,通过在必修课上获得基本的英语语言能力再根据不同学生的就业选择以及个人发展需要开设选修课,既符合新课标中要求学生对基础知识的掌握,又满足学生个性发展,提升学生综合素质。《普通高中教科书-英语》必修二是围绕“人与社会”的主题语境,总共分为四个单元,每个单元分为八个板块。板块1 Welcome to the unit为单元做好热身准备;板块2 Reading提升学生的语言能力,文化意识和思维品质;板块3 Grammar and usage 探究语法现象,归纳语法规则;板块4 Integrated skills培养学生语言综合运用能力;板块5 Extended reading 拓展阅读,进一步增强学生的跨文化意识;板块6 Project实践探究,提高学生语言与非语言能力,促进综合素质发展;板块7 Assessment以自评和互评相结合的形式,快速查我学习过程中的不足之处,及时调整学习策略;板块8 Fufher study课后拓展,根据学生学习情况选择课后资源,发展个性。8个板块的自然衔接使学生实现课前导学,课中探索课后拓展的学习模式。Unit2的主题围绕“运动与健康”,这也是在国家倡导全民运动以及新冠疫情影响后,将运动与健康摆在了相当重要的位置,因此这个单元旨在帮助学生了解体育运动的好处,培养学生爱运动的好习惯,并在运动中磨炼意志,在成长过程中践行“敢拼,敢输,敢再赢回来”的体育精神!


    教学工具

    1. 教学对象:高一第二学期学生.

    2. 知识基础:

    1) 经过高一一个学期阅读文章的训练,他们已基本掌握了一些阅读技能,如:抓关键词,关键句,获取文章的主要信息以及通过细节查找信息,通过前测也能反映学生的阅读能力比较还可以;

     

     

    2) 通过这两年国家对新冠疫情的防控防治以及平时对学生健康理念的灌输,学生喜欢运动,大部分学生对运动与健康这一主题有了一定的了解,并且在平时的教学中学生也积累了一世关于运动与健康的问汇与表达;

         

    3) 在疫情的影响下,学生越来越关注自己的健康状态,因此每个同学都能从不同程度讲述自己的运动经历与体验,积极参与讨论交流。

    3. 认知能力:

    1) 高一年级的学生内心逐渐成熟,非常有自己的主见,喜欢表达自我内心的想法,而通过创没有效情境和采用直观教学的授课方式,充分激进发学习兴趣,培养其成就感和自信心。

    2) 学生的学习能力尚可,能根据老师所教的阅读方法整理出文章的框架

    4. 学习动机分析.

    1) 在讨论健康与运动的主题时,学生迫切的想要知道运动的好处以及如何拥有健康的生活方式;

    2) 学生对自己能够在这个话题上流利的表达出自己的观点及意见产生出一种成就感;

    3) 当学生所提的运动建议被同学、老师所认同时,内心会得到极大的满足感。

    5. 学习风格:

    1) 学生缺乏独立思考的能力,喜欢团队合作的学习方式,每次活动和任务的布置,团队 合作完成的情况都会优于个人完成情况;

    2) 学生喜观新鲜事物和信息技术,因此课前网上讨论情况激烈;

    3) 学生易于接受挑战,利用特定阶段的心理特点,可以采用闯关的形式,根据语篇内容给学生设置层层递进的任务 引领学生步步深入,最传达到效学目标。


    教学设计

    教学目标

    1. Language competences: 

    Master the vocabulary and phrases describing exercises that are beneficial to physical and mental health, such as heart, lungs, immune systems, mental health;

    Acquire “to start with”, “moreover” and other cohesive words that express progressive relationships, and then use these logical words to summarize information in this part.

    2. Cultural awareness:

    Understand the benefits of exercise and develop a good habit of doing sports. Have strong will in sports, and practice the sportsmanship of "dare to fight, dare to lose, dare to win again" while encountering difficulties in life.

    3. Thinking quality:

    Clarify the benefits of sports in the passage and sort out the content of the passage from the two levels of physical and mental benefits of exercise.

    4. Learning ability:

    Obtain learning resources through multiple channels such as consulting reference books or searching information online and integrate the reading materials of the pretest material and this paragraph to form a new cognitive structure on sports topics.

    Reading- A beginners guide to exercise

    Step 1- Pre-reading (lead-in)

          Analyze the result of a questionnaire and answer a question.

         What can you find out from these pictures?


    Step 2- While reading

          Studetns scan the first paragraph and finish some questions on the Internet.

         The teacher check students’ answers and ask them how they find out the answers. With the check of answers, the teacher leads students to make a mind map for the first paragraph and summarize words and phrases about benefits.

    Step 3- Post reading Retell

          The students retell the passage according to the mind map.

During exercise, your heart and lungs must work harder. This extra effort makes them           over the long term.     Step 4- Discussion

          After read the first paragraph, the teacher gives students one question to discuss with their group members with the help of the pre-test passage.

         Then the teacher asks the students to watch a video and answer the question: Any other benefits?  

     

    Step 5- Summary

          “Dare to fight, dare to lose and dare to win again !”

     

    Step 6- Homework

           Make a healthy daily routine for yourself.

    Requirements: (1) Read the following paragraphs and then plan your exercise routine.

                            (2) No less than 50 words.
