    学情分析

            教学内容选自教材湘少版三年级起点五年级上册第四单元Unit4 Can I use your pencil,please?本单元话题为向他人寻求帮助(Asking for help)。第一课学生已经学习了本单元B部分关于学习用品的单词:English book,Chinese book, dictionary, eraser,marker,glue,句型:Can I use a/your....... 本节课为本单元第二课时,授课内容为PartA 听说部分,话题为学习用品,湘少版教材采用螺旋上升式的知识网络编排,学习用品在三年级上册第八单元已经接触过一部分,包括:pen,pencil,pencil-box,ruler,book,句型为:What's this? It's a....本单元继续进一步巩固学习,在本单元中句型关于寻求帮助的句型只有肯定回答,没有否定回答,因此本单元的情感价值观主要是乐于助人,在同学遇见困难时,积极帮助他人。

    教学工具

        五年级学生能够基本听懂英语教学指令,学生有一定的英语知识基础,经过两年的学习,学生有不同的学习能力,教学活动难度设计采取面向大部分学生,同时设计简单以及拔高类型的活动,力求做到关注所有学生。大部门学生对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣,部分学习因为各种原因兴趣减弱甚至消退,因此设计能够激发学生学习兴趣的教学活动。学生对情景表演有比较大的兴趣,大部分同学能够进行情境对话,小部分同学需要教师的帮助。

    2. 句型:"Excuse me."Can I use your pencil, please?” “Yes. Here you are.” “Thank you.” “You are welcome.”

    应用目标

    1.运用句型”Can I use your...?“表达个人的需求,并能有礼貌地回应。

    (三)情感态度价值观

    告诉学生乐于助人的精神,鼓励孩子们积极帮助他人

    教学重难点

    (1)课文PartA部分课文内容学习

    2)能用句型“Can I...?”表达个人需求,并能礼貌回应。

    教学过程

    1. Greet the students and sing a song about stationery.

    (The purpose is to make the students feel happy and relaxed, and the song is also related to the content of this lesson.)

    2.Review

    (1) (PPT)Present a schoolbag. What’s in this schoolbag? Present the stationery Ss learned before.

    (This activity is to help the students to review the words about stationery and the sentence structures “Can I use your..., please?”)



    1.Pre-listening.

       Set up a scene: This is Peter. Prter has a bad memory.He forgets to bring his schoolbag to school this morning.So he has to borrow things from his classmates. Let’s listen to the conversation and find out what he borrows.

    2.While- Listening.

     (1) Ask the Ss to listen to the recording and circle the stationery your hear.

     Circle the items you hear: ruler; pencil; Chinese book; English book; pen; glue; eraser.

     (2)Ask the Ss Open the book .Watching the video. Anser the Question. 

    Q1: Where are Peter's things?

    Q2: Where is Peter's schoolbag?

    (The purpose is to develop the students listening skills by having them to finish the listening tasks.)

    3.Post-listening.

    (1)Key words and sentences.

    Excuse me.(注意朗读语音语调,升调朗读规则)

    (2)Watching the video&Reading

       I’ll let the students to read the conversation after the recording.

    (The purpose of these activities is to help the students to read the conversation, understand the conversation and to use the sentence structures in this conversation)
