    教学准备

    学情分析

    我们选择牛津版新教材的拓展阅读--Extending reading。学习单元主题语境下的“主阅读”的内容后,为了在主题意义上进行一个深入或延展性阅读而设计的的阅读任务。它与Reading板块的文章在话题、文体等形式补充。通过拓展性阅读,学生理解和鉴赏中外优秀文化,并在文本理解的基础上进行观点表达或其他富有创造性地活动。拓展型阅读重在引导学生深度探寻主题意义,从而实现视野的拓展、知识的丰富、思维的深化。

      本单元以友谊为话题,嵌入英语学科的核心素养,就是要培养学生成为一个健全的社会人,能真正他人相处,并在生活学习中学会发展友谊关系。让学生充分讨论友谊,进行内化,从而遇到交友时能学以致用,在实践中培养学生处理问题的能力。

    教学工具

    我们这属于农村中学,学生的基础可以说是零基础,如何带着零基础的学生来领略外国文化中的精髓是我们必须要攻克的一个难题。刚进入高中的他们,对高中生活充满了期待,可绝大部分学生对英语没有过多期待,因为初中基本是发呆过来的。

    有些学生基础还可以的,词汇量相对于城市的孩子来说,差别还是很大的。而本课高级词汇量大,句子结构复杂,造成学生初看文章,难度大。

    教学设计

    教学目标

    1. Teaching aim: understand the essay adapted from Bacon.

    2. Skills aim:encourage students to go through the essay and try to get the main ideas as soon as possible.

    3. Emotional aim:Learn the three fruits of friendship and get the right value of friends;Use the value to guide their daily life by choosing good friends.

    4. Extending aim: Write a summary according to the main ideas.

    教学重难点

     1.Help the students to go  through the whole passage and get the main ideas.

    2.Give   the studentsenough time to catch the three fruits: comfort,advise the head and the help.

    3.Guide the students to understand the three fruits deeply and relate the three fruits to the students'own experiece about friedship.

    4.The fruits of friendship guide the students to make friends with others in an appropriate way and develop the friendship.

     1. Sing a song and have a free talk.

    3. Predict: If you are the writer, what will you talk about in the essay ?
