Elicit the new word “circle”, and teach to read.师贴上红色圆形卡片，学生比较bird，T-shirt的发音共同点，以旧引新，总结规律，自读circle并听音说句子It’s a circle. 教师板书单词，生书空。然后与学生进行问答How many circles are there?--There is one circle.（师板书句子并教读，学生操练句子。）
2.教师在圆的四周画上黄色的线条，引出单词line，与学生进行英语问答，引出单词的复数形式并教读There are...。
How many lines are there?---There are eight lines.
3.教师逐步贴图形，继续用已学句型引出新单词dot, square及其复数形式,拓展triangle, rectangle两个单词，画出一幢房子。
